5.2 Client Projects

For projects we complete for nonprofit clients:

  • The client retains ownership of their content, logos, and brand materials
  • We retain rights to templates, code frameworks, and design methodologies we create
  • The completed website and custom designs become the property of the client upon project completion
  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
